As soon as I read her replies, I realized that she doesn't see any difference between actual real life and internet life. I did try very nicely to explain and be helpful, but her response was to mention things about herself of the tmi variety. Now that I've read this post, I think I know who she was refering to when she said that 'people were trying to chasse her out of fandom'. At least now I've seen the other, saner side of the story.
